Before your first groom

Please let me know about any health or behavioural issues, including infections, illness, injury, or if your dog is known to bite or be aggressive.

Your dog should be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.

Arrival & pick-up

When you arrive, there is a sign and doorbell on the gate. Please use the doorbell to let me know you’re here.

For safety and courtesy, please do not pull into the driveway to drop off or pick up your dog - it’s a shared driveway.

Because I work one-on-one and give each dog my full attention, prompt pickup at the end of the appointment is required. I will text you 15–30 minutes before finishing so you know when to be ready.

Health & Emergency Procedures

While I take every care to ensure your dog is safe and comfortable during grooming, emergencies can sometimes occur. If anything urgent arises during the appointment:

- I will contact you immediately to discuss the situation.

- If I cannot reach you, I may seek veterinary assistance at your expense to ensure your dog’s safety.

- Any treatment or veterinary costs incurred will be the responsibility of the dog owner.

If live fleas are found during grooming, I will inform you immediately via text and use a flea shampoo. A $10 fee will be added to your appointment for additional disinfection of equipment and tools.

If your dog’s coat is matted, I will communicate at the beginning of the appointment if the coat needs to be clipped shorter than requested. Severe matting may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations & no-shows:

Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment. You can do this via my Square booking link or by texting me on 0432 394 477.

If you reschedule or cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, 50% of the appointment fee will be required before your next appointment.

No-shows:

If you miss an appointment without notice, 100% of the appointment fee will be required before your next appointment.

Payment is due at the end of your dog’s appointment. You can pay by:

If you do not wish for your dog’s photos to be shared, please let me know.
